All purchases must be paid within 3 days after the order is placed. we will convo the buyer should the payment fail to go through.
After which, we will proceed to cancel the order if we did not hear back for the buyer within 3 days.
We will package and ship the order within 5 working days after payment (normally earlier) received subject to local bank/public holidays.
We will combine ship from any of the shops for purchases made within the same day. Just make your purchase and pay as usual (please ensure if within the same day) and we will charge combine ship rate and refund the excess to your paypal account.

All shipment will be send from the Netherlands, via International Dutch Priority Mail.

As a guideline, most international orders (USA-Australia-UK) typically take about 10 - 15 working days to arrived, it happened based on my experience normally in some state (USA) took only 4-5 working days.
Within europe in general will take about 5 to 7 workings days to arrive from date of shipment,
Netherland will take 2 - 3 days only.

We will not be responsible for postal delays or any other concerns of delivery and pick up as these are out of our control. Please also note that we are not responsible for customs fees nor can we advise about the rules regarding customs fees for any country.

If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

I have no control over such charges and cannot predict them.

Please keep in mind that depending on the season (especially before Christmas) it may take longer and I can´t do anything to speed up postal companies.

However, we will be more than happy to assist in which ever we can to work things out as we REALLY REALLY would like you to receive the package in good order.
